Eunice Washington is the Executive Director and Counsel of the SEIU Benefit Funds. Reporting to the Boards of Trustees, Ms. Washington is responsible for leadership and execution of the financial, legal, technical, and operational administration of the SEIU Benefit Funds (comprised of the SEIU Health & Welfare Fund, the SEIU National Industry Pension Fund, the SEIU Affiliates’ Officers and Employees Pension Plan (U.S.), the SEIU Affiliates’ Officers and Employees Pension Plan (Canada), the SEIU Affiliates’ Officers and Employees Supplemental Retirement Savings 401(k) Plan, the Pension Plan for Employees of SEIU (U.S.), the Pension Plan for Employees of SEIU (Canada), and the SEIU Supplemental Retirement Savings 401(k) Plan). These funds have combined assets of approximately $3 billion and cover approximately 120,000 participants, beneficiaries and pensioners.

Prior to joining SEIU Benefit Funds, Ms. Washington was an attorney in the SEIU Legal Department. Ms. Washington is an active member of the American Bar Association Section of Labor Employment Law and serves as member of the Section’s Council. Ms. Washington is also a Steering Committee member of the National Coordinating Committee of Multiemployer Plans.

Mme Washington a obtenu le diplôme de baccalauréat ès sciences en finances de la Robert H. Smith School of Business de l’University of Maryland College Park Mme Washington a obtenu son diplôme en droit de la Georgetown University Law Center.

Michael Shelton est le directeur général adjoint du
Fonds de prestations du SEIU. M. Shelton supervise les fonctions administratives et fonctionnelles du Fonds de prestations de SEIU. Avant de rejoindre le Fonds, M. Shelton a accompli un mandat impressionnant de plus de 27 ans auprès du fonds de prestations Bricklayers and Trowel Trades International, où il a occupé le poste de directeur adjoint chargé de la supervision des fonctions administratives et opérationnelles.
