Eunice Washington is the Executive Director and Counsel of the SEIU Benefit Funds. Reporting to the Boards of Trustees, Ms. Washington is responsible for leadership and execution of the financial, legal, technical, and operational administration of the SEIU Benefit Funds (comprised of the SEIU Health & Welfare Fund, the SEIU National Industry Pension Fund, the SEIU Affiliates’ Officers and Employees Pension Plan (U.S.), the SEIU Affiliates’ Officers and Employees Pension Plan (Canada), the SEIU Affiliates’ Officers and Employees Supplemental Retirement Savings 401(k) Plan, the Pension Plan for Employees of SEIU (U.S.), the Pension Plan for Employees of SEIU (Canada), and the SEIU Supplemental Retirement Savings 401(k) Plan). These funds have combined assets of approximately $4 billion and cover approximately 120,000 participants, beneficiaries and pensioners.

Avant de se joindre au Fonds de prestation de SEIU, Mme Washington était avocate dans le service juridique de SEIU. Mme Washington est membre active de la Section of Labor Employment Law de l’American Bar Association et est membre du conseil de section. Mme Washington est également membre du comité directeur du comité national de coordination des plans multiemployeurs.

Mme Washington a obtenu le diplôme de baccalauréat ès sciences en finances de la Robert H. Smith School of Business de l’University of Maryland College Park Mme Washington a obtenu son diplôme en droit de la Georgetown University Law Center.

Michael Shelton est le directeur exécutif adjoint des Fonds de prestation de SEIU. M. Shelton supervise les fonctions administratives et fonctionnelles des Fonds de prestation de SEIU. Avant de rejoindre le Fonds, M. Shelton a consacré plus de 27 années aux Bricklayers and Trowel Trades International Benefit Funds, où il a occupé en dernier lieu le poste de directeur adjoint, chargé de la supervision des fonctions administratives et opérationnelles.
